个人简介

刘宇皖西学院电子信息工程学院讲师、博士。2013年毕业于安徽大学电子科学与技术专业,获学士学位,2013进入电子科技大学攻读电子科学与技术专业硕士学位2020年获电子科技大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位。主要从事微波电子器件纳米电子材料微波铁氧体及应用等方面的研究工作,参与过国家自然科学基金、军委装备发展部预研项目、及多项企业委托技术开发项目,主持过安徽省教育厅重点项目。先后在国内外学术期刊或学术会议上发表学术论文10余篇,其中第一作者SCI论文5
